Our story

We are a family-run firm founded by two brothers originally from Germany and based in Miami for the past 15 years. We built Private Residential Group after experiencing the same frustration many owners face: finding dependable, discreet, and competent oversight for a high-value residence—especially when you’re not here full-time.

Over the years, we have worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth owners and their representatives, supporting residences on Fisher Island and across select Miami neighborhoods. Our background includes hands-on experience with residential operations and construction-related projects, which allows us to identify issues early, communicate clearly with professionals, and protect the standard of the home.

Our role is simple: we represent the owner. We coordinate the right people, maintain structure and documentation, and follow through until matters are resolved. We operate with discretion, keep a limited portfolio, and treat each property as if it were our own—because at this level, trust and execution matter more than anything else.
